- Returns
- Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior written Bleugrass authorization. Unimprinted merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date, and there is a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of any damaged goods. Bleugrass must be notified within 15 days from receipt of shipment of any damage or shortage of goods.
- Sales Tax
- If product is being purchased for resale you must have an account established with Bleugrass and a current resale certificate on file with Bleugrass to avoid paying California sales tax. If you have an account with Bleugrass you may downlad the California Resale Certificate and fax it back to Bleugrass (805) 497-7787. Unless you provide us with a current resale certificate, we must charge California sales tax on all orders shipped within the state.
- Screen Print
- Yes we screen print! We coordinate all work through our screen printing partner. Setup charge for a one color screen is $62.50. All screened re-orders have a repeat setup charge of $37.50. Standard production time is 5-7 business days from receipt of payment, acceptable artwork, and paper proof approval if requested. Please email artwork and any instructions to info@bleu-grass.com. Bold artwork with a one color logo only, no fine text or graphics.
- Shipping
- All merchandise is shipped from California. Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping unimprinted merchandise. Most orders ship within 2 business days.
